How to Log In
Access your Et'al account securely.
Access your Et'al workspace by logging in through the web or mobile app.
Web Login
Step 1: Go to Login Page
Visit app.etalcrm.com/login or click Log In from the homepage.
Step 2: Enter Credentials
For email/password accounts:
- Enter your registered email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
For social login:
- Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft
- Complete authentication with your provider
Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication
If you have 2FA enabled:
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Or click Use backup code if you don't have access to your device
Mobile App Login
iOS and Android
- Download the Et'al app from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app and tap Log In
- Enter your credentials or use social login
- Enable biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, or Fingerprint) when prompted
Staying Logged In
Remember Me
Check Remember me on the login page to stay signed in for 30 days on trusted devices.
Session Duration

Troubleshooting Login Issues
Forgot Password
- Click Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset link
- Create a new password
Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security.
Account Locked
Your account may be temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts:
- Wait 15 minutes before trying again
- Or click Forgot Password to reset and unlock
Browser Issues
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Try a different browser
- Check if JavaScript is enabled
Single Sign-On (SSO) Issues
For Google/Microsoft login problems:
- Ensure you're using the same provider you signed up with
- Check that third-party cookies are enabled
- Try logging in through an incognito/private window
Security Features
Active Sessions
View and manage your active sessions:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Active Sessions
- See all devices where you're logged in
- Click Sign Out on any suspicious sessions
Sign Out Everywhere
To sign out of all devices at once:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Sign Out All Devices
- You'll need to log in again on all devices
